• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

• Domestic orders: 3–7 business days.
• International orders: 7–15 business days, depending on location.

3. Shipping Charges

• For smaller orders or international shipping, charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen weather conditions — but we’ll always assist in resolving such issues.
