Return & Refund Policy

At Three Monk, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering premium-quality perfumes and self-care products. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product should be in the same condition as delivered, with all labels and seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return requests.

Please note that used or opened perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity concerns.


2. How to Request a Return

If you’d like to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at threemonksvns@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Safely pack the product in its original box to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the package using a reliable courier service (preferably trackable).
    • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To speed up the process, share clear photos or videos of:

  • The outer packaging,
  • The damaged or incorrect product, and
  • The shipping label.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In some cases, bank processing times may cause slight delays.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  • If a product was purchased during a sale or with a discount code, the refund will be processed for the amount paid after discount.

5. Non-returnable or Non-refundable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used perfume bottles
  • Gift cards, free samples, or promotional products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to get a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
